Happy Birthday, Andrew!

Yesterday was Andrew's 5th birthday! We had a great day. We took a Spiderman Cupcake Cake to Andrew's preschool in the morning. Andrew got to pass them out at snack time. Rachel was welcomed right into the class. Andrew showed her all around and introduced her to all the other kids. She was soooo excited. Andrew got a special birthday hat to wear. It says "Today is my Birthday. I am 5!" They announced his birthday over the PA System and he got a card, pencil and bouncy ball from the office. Then we got to stay and join in singing/reading time and playing hide and seek. Then it was time to go.
Later that night we had Jon, Keriann, and baby James over for dinner, consisting of corn dogs, french fries, green salad and fruit salad, Andrew's choice. After dinner Andrew opened his presents, a digital camera and a new Book of Mormon since his old one was broken and lost! He also got a lot of cards with money inside from his grandparents. THANKS!After presents we had the rest of Andrew's Spiderman Cupcake Cake. Here he is getting sung Happy Birthday to and getting ready to blow out the candles.After the party Steven had home teaching, so I packed all the kids up in the van and we went to JCPenny Portrait Studio, where Andrew had his birthday pictures taken. They turned out really cute! I will have to post them when we get them back next week. After pictures we went to Coldstone and got Andrew his free birthday icecream, which was French Vanilla with Gummy Bears on the side. He was very sweet and shared with his brother and sisters. Then we came home and watched a birthday video all about Andrew. I condensed it and have included a copy here for your viewing pleasure!
